Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Events Coordinator to join the team and play a vital role in the planning and delivery of global exhibitions and events. You’ll work across multiple projects, supporting with logistics, admin, client communication, and on-site coordination.
This is a hybrid role based in Stratford (3 days in the office, 2 from home), with exciting opportunities for international travel to support event delivery around the world.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of international exhibitions and events from planning to execution
* Coordinate logistics, travel, documentation, and on-site resources
* Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
* Maintain project timelines and budgets, flagging any risks or delays
* Provide hands-on support on-site at events – travel and flexibility are key
* Ensure all admin, documentation, and internal systems are kept up to date
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in events, exhibitions, or a fast-paced project coordination role
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
* Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with clients and suppliers
* A passion for live events and a love for being part of the action on-site
* Willingness to travel internationally, often at short notice
* Confident with Microsoft Office and general project admin tools
* A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative spirit
