My client based in Huntingdon is currently recruiting for an Office Manager/Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The Office Manager must be prepared to do anything and everything to ensure the smooth-running of both offices. Duties will include managing the Facilities, Administration, Reception, and Secretarial teams and maintaining contact with Provider Services.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary: £24,000 - 30,000 depending on experience
The successful candidate will preferably have previous experience working as an Administrator within a professional services environment.
You will have excellent IT skills, be highly efficient, be able to multi-task and prioritize accordingly. You will have a 'hands-on' approach and be conscientious enough to work autonomously.
The Role Will Include Dealing With:
* Facilities, including arranging quotations for work within both offices, e.g., fire servicing, air con servicing, health and safety, and general office administration tasks.
* Dealing with enquiries from customers new and existing, regarding their files. Utilizing the company’s IT systems, including archiving and keeping accurate records.
* Being responsible for recording and dealing with staff queries regarding holidays, sickness, maternity, etc.
* Liaising with other members of the team.
You Will Need:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Management experience of small teams
* Strong communication skills
* To be IT literate
* Own transport
