Description
Salary £50,000 to £55,000 per year depending on skills and experience
Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)
Covering a patch in the South and or Greater London area, based from Liverpool street or South Harrow

What you’ll do
1. Carry out inspections and manage repairs across your patch
2. Support trades and contractors with technical advice and guidance
3. Manage disrepair cases and help tackle damp and mould
4. Oversee building works and track progress against schedules
5. Make sure empty homes are ready to re-let quickly

You have
6. HNC in Surveying or HND/Degree in surveying or construction related field, with strong post qualification experience
7. Knowledge of damp and mould, or willing to work towards a qualification
8. Experience diagnosing property condition and scoping for remedial works
9. Understanding of building pathology and complex issues like subsidence
10. Experience managing contractors and ensuring health and safety compliance.

13. You’ll cover a patch across the South. Expect to spend time on the road and working from home
14. You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage
15. You need a Basic DBS check that we pay for
