In this role, you will leverage your expertise to fulfil recruitment needs for prestigious clients by identifying and engaging top-tier professionals. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and contributing to the agency’s overall growth and success. What is the job? As a Delivery Consultant, you'll join a talented team of recruitment professionals who specialise in various markets. You will be provided with the tools and support necessary to excel in your role while collaborating with like-minded, service-driven colleagues. Your responsibilities will include writing job adverts based on client briefs, sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews, providing feedback, and assisting with the onboarding process for clients. The nature of the business allows you ample time to perform your role effectively. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and company culture. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various tech roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Utilise various recruitment platforms and strategies to attract top talent within the tech domain. Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement within the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in tech to effectively engage with candidates and clients. Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Delivery Consultant, ideally with a focus on IT, Renewables or Life Sciences Strong understanding of technologies, practices, and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Commitment to providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
