An exciting opportunity has arisen for learning disabilities nursing students to work within the staff bank at NHS Tayside, with the opportunity to undertake additional skills to support your clinical development. Effective communication and the ability to work as part of a team are highly valued for this role.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

We offer a range of patterns and varying hours on an as-and-when basis to fit your availability, including day, evening, night shifts and weekends within your field of study.
The staff bank centrally coordinates bank shifts for all nursing and midwifery services across NHS Tayside through an electronic booking system, allowing you to book shifts in locations you prefer.
We are unable to provide Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship for bank employment.

Interested candidates must provide evidence that their seven core mandatory LearnPro modules, including Manual Handling and BLS (ALS, ILS) face-to-face, are up to date at the time of applying. You must provide one reference on your application, which should be your Head of Studies from your university.
