----------------------------------- About the Role Were looking for an experienced, hands-on recruiter to own hiring delivery across Redsquid.
This is a high ownership role, managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, sales and commercial roles, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and building talent pipelines.
Youll work closely with hiring managers, driving recruitment activity yourself, and playing a key role in building our internal capability and pipeline.

* Owning end-to-end recruitment across tech, sales and business roles
* Delivering direct sourcing and outreach, identifying and engaging passive talent
* Using LinkedIn and job boards (Indeed, Totaljobs) to support pipeline development
* Building and maintaining talent pipelines for key roles
* Working closely with hiring managers to keep hiring moving at pace
* Managing candidates through the full process to offer and onboarding
* Championing our EVP and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
* Track and report on hiring metrics and pipeline health
