My Client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable legal professional to join their growing conveyancing team, based at a well-established office in Stopsley. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of Bedfordshire’s most active residential markets, with access to long-standing clients and local referral networks.
Your Role
You will manage all stages of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity. You'll liaise directly with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient progress from instruction to completion. You will also contribute to a client-first environment, delivering practical legal advice in plain language while upholding compliance and regulatory standards.
About You
You’re a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a background in residential conveyancing and a passion for helping people during one of life’s biggest milestones. You’re proactive, organised, and confident managing your own caseload, with strong drafting skills and an eye for detail. Whether you're newly qualified or experienced, you pride yourself on delivering exceptional service with a personal touch.
