We are seeking a Talking Therapies Administrator to support the smooth delivery of our Talking Therapies Services. The role involves a broad range of administrative duties that facilitate patient journey and support day‑to‑day operations.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming and make outbound calls in a professional manner within agreed KPIs.
* Process referrals within targeted timeframe.
* Update patient records accurately.
* Monitor and action treatment waitlists.
* Respond to enquiries via email.
* Check and process letters to patients, GPs and health‑care professionals.
* Communicate appointment changes, cancellations and reschedules to patients promptly.
* Perform general administration and other ad‑hoc duties to ensure smooth service operation.
Qualifications
* Good experience dealing with the public and confident communication on telephone and email.
* Excellent attention to detail, quick to learn new systems.
* Eagerness to develop career within a close‑knit team in a flexible and supportive environment.
* Willingness to attend induction/training for 3‑4 weeks and work on site as required.
