About You To be considered for the role of Regional Project Management Lead you must have a have track record of success within the field of project delivery and project management - being able to demonstrate examples of where you have managed projects to achieve positive outcomes for all stakeholders. You will have a strong understanding of the competencies required to be a successful project manager - either through holding a similar role where you have been responsible for leading other project managers, or through your own experience as a project manager. It is likely that you will hold professional Project Management Qualifications, such as being a Chartered Project Professional through the Association for Project Management (APM). You will be a committed people leader who is willing to support your teams throughout their career journey; supporting them in developing the skills and competencies they need to be successful in role. This RPML role is focused primarily on projects within the Water sector.
