They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to potentially become the Head of Commercial Property, aiming to grow their Real Estate department in Hove, East Sussex. The Role:
* Joining a growing Commercial Property team well-connected across the South Coast and Sussex area.
* Handling high-quality commercial property work, including freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts, acting for landlords and tenants, and managing acquisitions and disposals.
* Working within a supportive team environment with assistance from paralegals and legal secretaries.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE.
* Excellent communicator capable of expressing ideas clearly.
* Experience in residential property is advantageous but not essential.
