Position: Security Manager Location: Education setting, High Wycombe Salary: £49,000 per annum Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 19:00 What You’ll Be Doing Managing and supervising all security personnel on site Ensuring staffing levels and rosters meet contractual requirements Acting as the first point of contact for security and staff-related issues Maintaining accurate incident logs, reports, and operational documentation Conducting regular patrols and overseeing site access control procedures Monitoring CCTV and alarm systems and responding appropriately to incidents Leading emergency response procedures, evacuations, and incident management Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies and security legislation Supporting and developing team members through coaching and training Liaising closely with clients to maintain excellent service delivery standards Managing visitor records, key control systems, and goods in/out procedures Identifying and reporting suspicious activity and security risks What We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience 2 years management within the security industry Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Calm, confident, and capable under pressure A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and incident management If you are an experienced security professional ready to take the next step in your career, apply today and become part of a team committed to excellence.
