A multi-award-winning homecare franchise renown for high quality care and being the best homecare company to work for is currently recruiting for a new Registered Manager in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
You will be well supported by the Director and head office, focusing on managing the delivery of care and working with the Director to help develop the service. You will be joining one of the fastest growing providers of quality homecare in the UK now with over 70 offices and counting!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support with the development of a homecare service in the Basingstoke, Hampshire
2. Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
3. Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
4. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
5. Help drive the growth and development of the service, focusing on private clients
6. Monitor and manage performance metrics to achieve operational and financial goals.
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in managing in domiciliary care or a similar setting
8. Passionate about providing high quality homecare
9. Good knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
10. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards
11. A team-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
