Contract: Permanent, full time
Rate of pay: £12.21 per hour
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with a 30-minute paid meal break and up to two 15-minute refreshment breaks

About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Goods In Driver to join our busy team based in Leicester. Working in line with The Navigator Company (formerly Accrol Group) principles and values, you will prioritize safety in all actions and behaviors.
This role involves all aspects of the production environment, including the safe movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventory using multiple Manual Handling Equipment (MHE), and ensuring IT systems are updated in real-time.
Our aim is to deliver world-class customer service. Therefore, our operatives must work efficiently, proactively, and with motivation. The role offers a structured pay scale with opportunities for progression, training, and personal development.
About You
If you possess a valid FLT licence, have prior FMCG warehouse experience, and are committed to delivering high-quality outputs, we would love to hear from you!
You should be customer-focused, knowledgeable about safe working practices in warehousing, and a self-starter with computer literacy. Flexibility, lateral thinking, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities.
