Security Officer - Rainham Location: Rainham Hours: 18:00 - 21:00 (3-hour shifts) Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour We are currently recruiting for a S ecurity Officer to join our team at a company within Rainham. This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time evening work, fit around other commitments, or gain experience within a security and support environment. Over View As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, calm, and supportive environment for residents, including engaging professionally with vulnerable individuals. This is a people-focused position requiring patience, awareness, and strong interpersonal skills. Your Responsibilities will be: Providing a professional concierge presence on site Monitoring access and ensuring site safety Supporting and interacting appropriately with vulnerable residents Managing incidents calmly and professionally Maintaining accurate records and handovers Delivering excellent customer service at all times What we're looking for: Strong communication and people skills Calm, patient, and professional approach Ability to work independently during evening shifts Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail Experience in concierge, security, housing, or support roles (desirable but not essential) To apply, please submit your CV.
