📍 Location: Hybrid – Newbury office 1–2 days per week, remainder remote

Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting clients and advisers in the financial planning industry? Chester Rose Financial Planning is looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join our team and provide vital support to our Financial Planners and Paraplanners.
This is a key role where you’ll help ensure smooth client journeys, maintain best-in-class processes, and contribute to the culture of excellence that sets us apart.
What you’ll be doing
Preparing Recommendations
* Liaise with clients to schedule meetings and confirm details
* Produce and distribute meeting packs in line with compliance requirements
* Check packs and chase missing documentation (LOAs, applications, etc.)
* Enter client information into Intelliflo (IO) and maintain accurate notes
* Pass information to Paraplanners as needed
Implementing Recommendations
* Follow up on advice implementation and keep clients updated
* Track progress using internal systems and dashboards
High-Level Responsibilities
* First point of contact for client queries
* Scan and distribute post to advisers/paraplanners
* General administration and data entry
* Support smooth running of client services and compliance processes
What you’ll bring
* Experience in IFA or wealth management admin
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
* Familiarity with financial planning software is desirable (Intelliflo (IO))
