A bold and creative culinary brand is taking up residency in a leading high-end restaurant in Soho, and were on the hunt for a talented Sushi Chef de Partie to join the opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen delivering vibrant, Japanese-inspired cuisine to the highest standards.
Successful Suchi Chefs will have the option for a more permanent position and continued employment across other venues within the group after the initial 5 months.

Key Responsibilities:
* Execute sushi preparation with precision and consistency
* Maintain excellent knife skills and hygiene practices
* Support smooth service and keep your section fully prepped and clean
* Collaborate with senior chefs and contribute to daily service standards
* Uphold all food safety and cleanliness protocols
What Were Looking For:
* Experience as a Sushi CDP or similar in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen
* Solid understanding of sushi and sashimi prep
* Strong work ethic, team-focused, and reliable
* Detail-oriented with a clean and organised approach
