Ready to play a key commercial role on one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects? UK Power Networks is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Lower Thames Crossing programme and lead commercial delivery from procurement through to final account.
What you'll be doing
* Own commercial management across NEC contracts, frameworks and manufacturing orders
* Lead payment processes, CE/EWN assessments, programme reviews and CVR reporting
* Build strong relationships with internal teams & contractors to keep projects moving
* Support procurement, contract drafting and commercial governance
* Drive robust change control, risk management and dispute resolution
What you'll bring
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Law or Project Management
* Strong commercial and contractual expertise (NEC experience ideal)
* Ability to analyse cost data, challenge decisions and influence project teams
* Solid knowledge of construction contracts and contractor performance
* Flexible, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
* Full UK driving licence + willingness to travel to site
