BID MANAGER
REMOTE - CLIENT OFFICES BASED IN BRISTOL AND NORTHERN ENGLAND AND SCOTLAND
My client is one of the UK’s largest privately owned facility services companies, known for their professional and customer-focused approach. Their approach is to treat every client’s needs are different, and we believe in creating unique service models that suit each individual customer.
Growing rapidly over the last 5 years, they are looking to continue the growth and adding a Bid Manager role to support the Sales Team. We are looking for a creative and professional Bid Manager who will lead, coordinate and the entire bid and tender process on behalf of the Commerical Director.
The ideal candidate will thrive on creating leading edge tender proposals and bring energy, resilience, and a results-focused mindset. They will have the ability to corodinate complex proposals for the cleaning or soft services sector. and bring together diverse teams to deliver a compelling solution that meets the clients objectives. Juggling multiple projects, they will need to thrive in a busy environment but work on their own initiative.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5+ years in bid management or bid writing experience within the Cleaning, FM, or service contract sector
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Consistent track record of delivering winning proposals on time across commercial and public sector opportunities.
* Skilled at managing the full proposal cycle—from bid kick off meeting through to submission, and post bid review to gain new lessons.
* Comfortable managing a pipeline with multiple complex opportunities across verticals.
