* Collaborate with our EUA Centre of Excellence to test and implement improvements
* Use analytics to reduce incident volumes, speed up resolution, and improve user satisfaction
* Drive proactive investigations, self-healing, and self-help solutions
* Partner with teams to embed dashboards, insights, and data-driven decisions
* Support Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement through EUA data
* Champion a fix-forward culture focused on user experience and productivity
* Identify innovation, cost-saving, and value-add opportunities across accounts
