Overview Of The Role

Mott MacDonald strives to build processes and policies that ensure a consistent and fair approach to reward across the group. The Junior Reward Analyst will be delivering data analysis and admin support to help deliver global reward processes.

Key Responsibilities And Duties Include


* Supporting administration of cyclical group reward activities (salary, bonus reviews and share scheme)
* Creating reports and analysing data
* Creating data models in Excel and interrogating data from multiple sources
* Supporting salary and benefit survey submissions to support global benchmarking
* Providing support on a range of ad-hoc reward projects

Candidate specification

The role would suit a Finance or HR graduate or an early career professional with an interest in developing their career within Reward.

Essential

* MS Office Suite skills
* Detail orientated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to build effective relationships
* Methodical approach to problem solving
* Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently
* Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with team members
* Excellent written communication and attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and develop into a career in Reward
* Can work to deadlines
* Ability to research various sources of information, summarise and communicate back
