Role Overview
You will oversee clinical operations, enforce a team‑orientated culture, handle financial/business growth, maximise team capabilities and line manage.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership abilities in a clinical setting
* Strong management skills with a focus on patient care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A current Lead/Head Vet or Clinical Director
* A Vet ready to take the next step in their career (support is available to transition)
A forward‑facing, driven and passionate individual would suit this position.
Full‑time over 4 days a week with a fair share of weekends but no OOHs.
Practice
This is a practice like no other. A genuine spacious and stunning clinic. You will be joining a site with the most advanced facilities yet enabling you to offer the best possible services to clients/patients.
Team
You will be joining a likeminded 3 Vet team with wonderful nurses, PCAs and front‑of‑house team to support. There will also be an amazing support system behind you to give you all of the tools required to provide outstanding patient care whilst continuing business growth.
