Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for candidates who have experience in 3rd Line IT Support within a Managed Service Provider environment. You should possess a strong background in enterprise EUC environments, including Windows, macOS, mobile devices, virtual desktops (VDI), and collaboration tools. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, and other modern workplace technologies is essential. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., Proxmox, VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V), market-leading backup and recovery solutions, and security management utilizing AntiSpam, web filtering, and various AV technologies is required. Additionally, experience in edge security management, including configuring, managing, and monitoring firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances is necessary. Responsibilities: In this role, you will deliver outstanding 3rd line technical support as the final escalation point for all EUC-related incidents and service requests, working to high standards in ITIL areas such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request. You will manage and optimize enterprise EUC environments and ensure the maintenance and support of Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, and other modern workplace technologies. Your responsibilities will also include deploying and managing endpoint security solutions, patching, and compliance policies. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers, working as the technical lead on major incidents, problem management, and root cause analysis. Collaboration with project teams on EUC transformation initiatives, such as device rollouts and migrations, will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, maintaining and updating IT documentation and processes will be part of your duties.
