Senior Surveyor - Estate Management
Your role
1. Provide estate management services to private clients, including full management, consultancy, and advisory on rural property matters.
2. Offer professional advice on a wide range of topics, such as landlord and tenant relations, valuations, diversification and development projects, eco-system services, sales, lettings, energy, and other emerging areas.
3. Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring a collaborative approach to client service and the continued development of skills within the team.
4. Collaborate with colleagues across the business to enhance the value of the advice provided to clients
5. Assist in the development and delivery of the Business Plan, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives, budget management, and meeting departmental targets.
6. Support the enhancement of the company's public profile by representing the business at relevant events and speaking engagements and contributing to the delivery of the Company's ESG Strategy.
7. Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, contributing to the development of the business pipeline and growing the company's client base.
8. Maintain an active work pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of business and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
What you will need
9. Detailed knowledge and relevant experience in a similar role
10. RICS accredited with at least five years PQE.
11. Experience of working in the uplands would be beneficial, but not essential
