The Role
Are you a forward-thinking finance leader who loves solving big challenges, driving innovation, and influencing what happens next?
This is your opportunity to join the senior finance team in a high-impact role where your ideas will genuinely shape the future direction of the business. You’ll work closely with the Group Finance Director and Executive Team to lead major projects that fuel growth, boost performance, and create long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and evolve long-term business and financial strategies to support ambitious growth and future investment.
* Lead cost improvement and efficiency projects - leveraging AI, automation, and smart data to transform operations.
* Influence Board-level decisions through powerful insight and financial storytelling.
Hands-on involvement with:
* Creating a 5-year financial roadmap for organic and M&A growth.
* Supporting acquisitions, including financial evaluation and due diligence.
* Company valuation and funding projects.
* Embedding AI, automation, and advanced data visualisation.
* Reviewing reward and incentive structures.
* Implementing changes under FRS102.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 5–10 years PQE.
* Strong financial modelling and planning skills.
* Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
* Background in system upgrades, automation, or data-led transformation.
* Proactive mindset - comfortable owning projects end-to-end.
