Our role: Managing Application Developer to lead cloud development initiatives at IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers, delivering deep technical and industry expertise to clients across public and private sectors.
Responsibilities
* Design and maintain robust, scalable, and secure cloud applications using full‑stack technologies.
* Guide and mentor junior and mid‑level developers, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and efficiency.
* Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, applying deep expertise in full‑stack cloud development.
* Drive continuous improvement in development practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
* Shape the technical direction of our cloud applications and contribute to strategic decision‑making.
* Lead smaller projects from design through deployment, showcasing strong technical and project management skills.

Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Demonstrated mastery in full‑stack development, including front‑end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back‑end (Node.js, Python, Ruby).
* Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and services.
* Proven leadership qualities, with a track record of managing teams and delivering projects.
* Exceptional problem‑solving capabilities, with a history of effectively addressing and resolving complex engineering issues.
* Exemplary verbal and written communication skills to engage with team members, stakeholders, and upper management.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
* Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices.
* Familiarity with event‑driven design patterns.
* Understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
* Experience with cloud security best practices.
Work eligibility and security
