We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised individual to join our reception and administration team at Quarry Bank Medical Centre. This is a key role within the practice, ensuring patients receive a professional and welcoming service, whether contacting us by phone, online, or in person. The post-holder will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, managing appointment bookings, handling patient queries, and supporting clinicians with essential administrative tasks. You will also help process prescriptions, deal with correspondence, and keep patient records accurate and up to date. As the first point of contact for many patients, you will play a vital part in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the smooth running of the practice. The role requires good communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a strong commitment to confidentiality. You will work closely with other reception and admin colleagues, as well as the wider
clinical team, to ensure the best possible care for our patients. Full training will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive NHS team environment.
