A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTIONIST AT HOTEL INDIGO CARDIFF
Reporting to the Reception Manager you can expect your working day to include the following.
* Ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience within Hotel Indigo Cardiff, with the passion to be the best hotel in the City.
* Greeting and checking in & out guests with a welcoming & friendly approach
* Maintaining clear and accurate records of guest room bookings
* Answering questions about hotel facilities, local transport, places of interest & entertainment
* Answering the phone & email enquiries
* Liaising with necessary staff including housekeeping & maintenance to address any complaints made by guests
* Keeping up to date with any Training within RBH & IHG

Hotel Indigo Cardiff opened its doors within the heart of the Welsh capital in summer 2017.
Each of the 122 boutique hotel guest rooms will be designed to highlight three recurring themes - Made in Wales, Welsh Industry and Music - celebrating the heritage synonymous with the local area and beyond.
