Your Role As Second in Biology, you will take a lead on KS4 provision, ensuring consistency in curriculum delivery, assessment, and student outcomes. You will mentor staff, lead CPD sessions, coordinate revision strategies, and enhance teaching and learning through the development of new resources and enrichment opportunities.
