Your key responsibilities:
* Supervise and lead one of our sensory panels
* Prepare tests, organise sessions and samples, and develop test questionnaires
* Conduct sessions including descriptive profiling, temporal assessment, and discrimination testing
* Monitor and evaluate panelists’ performance
Additional responsibilities:
* Assist with statistical analysis and data visualisation
* Support report writing for clients
* Participate in facility management tasks such as test planning and product supply
* Contribute to quality assurance processes
* Collaborate closely with team members to support broader business objectives
Your profile:
* University degree, preferably in food science, social sciences, psychology, statistics, or economics
* Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
* Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Strong social skills and a team-oriented mindset
* Experience in project management or sensory panel operation is desirable
