YOUR MISSION
* Planning & Forecasting Support
— Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
* Consolidate inputs from business units and support alignment with Group targets.
* Help maintain risk and opportunity trackers and support scenario modelling.
* Contribute to mid-term cash flow planning and investment ROI tracking.
* Reporting & Analysis
— Support monthly performance reviews and variance analysis.
* Assist in preparing presentations for forecast and result meetings.
* Help standardise reporting templates and improve consistency across business units.
* Collaborate with BI and data teams to enhance reporting automation and accuracy.
* Strategic Modelling & Business Case Support
— Build and maintain financial models to assess the impact of market and operational changes.
* Support what-if analysis and business case reporting for capital and marketing investments.
* Work cross-functionally to ensure financial alignment with inventory and buy plans.
* Group Reporting & Compliance
— Assist in coordinating submissions to Group Finance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Work with Financial Accounting to align management and legal entity views.
* Monitor published KPIs and dashboards to ensure effective tracking of financial targets.
YOUR TALENT
* Recently graduated or early-career finance professional.
* Strong interest in FP&A and strategic finance.
* Intention to study towards CIMA / ACCA
* Highly analytical with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for sports and lifestyle brands.
