Randstad Sourceright is seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a global talent leader, we help companies execute strategy and improve business agility through world-class RPO, MSP, and SOW solutions.
The Role
You will direct and manage large-scale, multi-country implementation projects. You will work independently to ensure a smooth transition from business development to stable operations, all while maintaining the integrity of our global implementation methodology.
Your Responsibilities:
Project Management
* Global Execution: Facilitate and manage cross-border, multi-regional implementations for MSP, RPO, SOW, or blended solutions.
* Risk Oversight: Identify and mitigate risks and issues while maintaining a clear audit trail of accountability.
* Strategic Reporting: Provide regular status updates to RSR senior stakeholders, clients, and technology partners.
* Implementation Planning: Partner with Workstream leads to assess and execute project-specific delivery approaches.
* Project Governance: Ensure contractual documentation is completed on time and manage implementation tools via Smartsheet and Google (RAID logs, timesheets, and reporting).
Leadership
* Team Management: Oversee the activities of the implementation project team and act as the primary escalation point for stakeholders.
* Mentorship: Provide guidance and cross-training to new colleagues and other teams.
* Quality Control: Audit service quality and educate local teams on standardized processes and procedures.
Support & Sales Collaboration
* Operational Excellence: Adhere to global toolkits and drive continuous improvement in methods and solution concepts.
* Subject Matter Expertise: Provide guidance for bids and attend sales presentations as the technical SME for implementations.
Client & Customer Management
* Relationship Building: Develop strong business relationships at the management level and act as the client’s main contact during implementation.
* Internal Synergy: Collaboration with SME’s and Workstream leads to ensure the successful delivery of sold services.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience
* Degree: Bachelor’s or University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or relevant experience.
* Industry Expertise: 2–5 years of project management experience managing complex implementations within the RPO, MSP, & SOW industry.
* Technical Mastery: In-depth understanding of VMS, ATS, CRM, or similar recruitment/HR systems.
Knowledge & Skills
* Project Frameworks: Deep understanding of delivery and acceptance processes within fast-paced environments.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
* Adaptability: A \"hands-on\" mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
* Cultural Intelligence: Sensitive to managing virtual teams and understanding regional differences.
* Tools: Demonstrated proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management platforms.
