We believe the role is Outside IR35 (though this is to be confirmed) and candidates will be required to work hybrid, onsite in Edinburgh 1-3 days per week, with occasional travel to other sites in the North of Scotland.
Key responsibilities will include developing & maintaining the implementation & project plan including milestones, risks, dependencies, tasks, owners & timelines, collaborating effectively with IT, business and 3rd party teams & stakeholders and coordinating to ensure successful delivery of a payroll system is completed on schedule.
Key Skills:
* Strong, demonstrable Project Management experience
* Previous HCM / HR / Payroll System Implementation experience
* SaaS delivery / understanding
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to challenge stakeholders and lead delivery teams
* Experience creating, owning and delivering against project plans with tight timescales
* Vendor & 3rd party management experience
* HCM (Workday, Dayforce, ADP, SuccessFactors, UKG Pro etc.) experience is highly desirable.
