Your Role as Behaviour Support/Mentor: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with behavioural needs. Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning. Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to ensure consistency and support. Help create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. Always uphold school policies and safeguarding standards. What You’ll Need as Behaviour Support/Mentor: Experience working with young people (in education or similar settings). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A calm, patient, and resilient approach to managing challenging behaviour. A proactive attitude and genuine commitment to supporting students. Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
