Job Description
1. Manage daily onsite operations for mission‑critical data center builds.
2. Coordinate complex MEP sequencing, subcontractors, and site logistics.
3. Enforce strict safety, QA/QC, and commissioning protocols.
4. Review and interpret technical drawings, MEP plans, and specifications.
5. Lead weekly coordination meetings with PMs, clients, and design teams.
6. Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and field documentation.
7. Oversee inspections, integrated testing, start‑up, and commissioning support.
8. Ensure on‑time delivery of highly regulated, schedule‑sensitive projects.
9. Travel full‑time to project sites nationwide for long‑term assignments.

The Successful Applicant
10. 5-10+ years as a Superintendent in data centers, mission‑critical, or MEP‑intensive builds.
11. Strong background in ground‑up construction and high‑complexity systems.
12. Expert understanding of electrical, mechanical, and low‑voltage infrastructure.
13. Skilled in coordinating multi‑trade technical environments and fast‑track schedules.
14. Strong communication and leadership skills.
15. Ability to read and manage highly technical drawings and specs.
16. Comfortable traveling full‑time for extended durations.
