You’ll be the right hand to the Finance Director. A sounding board. A driver of performance. Someone who thrives on complexity and knows how to bring clarity - to processes, people, and planning.
Yes, you’ll need the fundamentals:
Experience in a large, regulated, multi-site business
Industry recognised accounting qualification
A background leading sizeable teams and influencing senior stakeholders
A head for controls and compliance, but a heart for building culture and collaboration
