Medivet Shrewsbury 24hr is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join the team on a
9-month fixed term contract, working either full-time or part-time (minimum 28 hours per week) across Monday to Friday.
This is a key leadership role within a 24-hour clinic, working closely with the Partner, Simon, to support the continued success of the practice.
As a core member of the clinic team, the Practice Manager oversees the business and administrative functions of the practice, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, high standards of care and teamwork, strong financial performance, and excellent client satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing
Typically, in this role, you'll:
* Deliver exceptional client care, monitoring client feedback and actioning to improve the practice
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
* Support the Partner / Lead Vet with a focus on capacity, skills utilisation and cost management to maximise commercial performance
* Maintain clinic rotas and carry out effective resource planning, diary management and clinic workflow
* Support recruitment, induction and management of colleagues, enabling engagement and retention
