About the Role You'll be working with children and young people up to the age of 18, carrying out statutory duties under the Children Act. This includes delivering high-quality assessments and care planning, ensuring safe placements, and supporting young people through immigration and safeguarding processes. You will: * Conduct Brief Enquiries, Age Assessments, and Needs Assessments * Navigate and manage the National Transfer Scheme (NTS) process * Make appropriate NRM (National Referral Mechanism) referrals * Work closely with legal teams, partner agencies, and interpreters * Provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, relationship-based social work * Maintain accurate records and uphold statutory responsibilities to the highest standard Why Work With Hillingdon?
