Directorate
Our new Student Support & Engagement Department plays a vital role in ensuring students feel connected, supported, and empowered throughout their student journey. Our Student Engagement Team leads on monitoring attendance and engagement, coordinating interventions, and driving campaigns that promote student success and wellbeing.
What you will be doing:
1. You will oversee the implementation of the University’s attendance and engagement policy, ensuring students are supported to succeed.
2. You will lead a small team of Student Engagement Officers, coordinating their work and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
3. You will oversee interventions and escalations of cases of concern as appropriate, ensuring the University remains compliant with internal and external regulations.
4. You will work closely with colleagues across faculties and professional services to develop proactive campaigns that foster a sense of belonging and academic success.
