As THE OUTNET continues its journey, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to play a critical role in supporting the people agenda during a period of significant change.
This is a unique opportunity to build and embed modern HR foundations, implement new systems and ways of working, and actively contribute to the development of a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
You will work closely with leaders across the business to ensure our people strategy supports both immediate needs and long-term growth
Key Responsibilities
HR Foundations & Systems
* Lead the implementation and ongoing management of core HR systems, including HRIS and payroll
* Establish clear, scalable HR policies and processes that support consistency and employee experience
* Manage employee benefit programs, overseeing health insurance, life assurance and group income protection
People Agenda & Employee Experience
* Partner with leadership to help define and deliver the people agenda aligned to business priorities
* Actively contribute to shaping talent management, performance, and development frameworks
* Lead end-to-end recruitment, working with agencies and hiring managers
* Support organisational change, restructures, and transformation projects
Office Operations
* Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth, well-functioning, and engaging workplace environment
* Act as key point of contact for office-related suppliers and service providers
* Support office planning, facilities coordination, and health & safety compliance
* Partner with IT and Finance to support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
The Type of Person We Are Looking For
* 5+ years in a generalist HR Manager role within a fast-paced environment
* Experience implementing HR systems and building HR processes from the ground up
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Passionate about people, culture, and creating great employee experiences
