Role Overview:
Responsible for growing business for Tata Elxsi services within their respective accounts and NN target logos. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and establish robust relationships with clients, including CxO level contacts, to open new marketplace opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 5-8 years of relevant business development experience in Engineering / IT Services.
2. Any base Engineering / IT Degree & at least 2+ years of prior experience selling into key accounts such as Henkel, Haleon, BAT, JDE, Nestle, Reckitt, EON Digital, EDF, BP.
3. Proven growth mindset with a track record of closing sales deals ranging from $2-5 million in EN / NN business within these accounts.

* Ability and maturity to build and maintain relationships with senior and C-Level executives.
* Well-versed with the global delivery model.
