Hourly Paid Maths LecturerFull time and Part time options availableUp to £38 per hourWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Maths Lecturer to join a college in Hertfordshire on hourly-paid basis. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and effective lessons in GCSE Maths and Functional Skills to learners aged 16-18, supporting them to achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching in GCSE and/or Functional Skills Maths to 16-18-year-old learners.
* Plan and assess lessons to meet a range of learner needs, ensuring progress and achievement.
* Contribute to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience teaching in a college environment or delivering GCSE and Functional Skills Maths to 16-18-year-olds.
* Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
* Strong subject knowledge and ability to engage and motivate learners.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
