A well-established and highly regarded regional firm is seeking a Family Solicitor at Salaried Partner level to join its team in Poole.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role within a respected Family department, taking over a strong caseload and playing a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
The Role
You will:
* Manage a full caseload of high-value matrimonial and financial remedy matters
* Handle complex divorce and financial cases
* Attend court hearings and undertake advocacy
* Supervise and support a small team of lawyers and support staff
* Play an active role in business development and networking
* Contribute to the strategic growth of the Family team
This is a hands-on leadership role offering both high-quality work and the opportunity to shape the department.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in Family Law
* Strong background in high-value matrimonial and financial matters
* Confident in advocacy and court appearances
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience
* Commercially aware with a proven ability to generate work
* Excellent communication and client care skillsOrganised, resilient and able to manage competing priorities
