Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* A specialism in French, Spanish, or German
* Excellent subject knowledge and a strong understanding of the secondary curriculum
* Effective classroom management and communication skills
* The ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities
* Experience teaching GCSE and/or A-Level (desirable but not essential)
* A commitment to promoting high expectations and a genuine passion for language learning
