Role Overview
The role of the Electrical Engineer – Building Services will involve:
* Design and development of electrical systems across RIBA Stage 4‑5 commercial, residential, and public sector projects.
* Preparation and review of technical drawings, calculations, and specifications.
* Collaboration with mechanical and electrical colleagues to deliver coordinated MEP designs.
* Attendance at design and coordination meetings with project teams and clients.
* Contribution to energy‑efficient and sustainable design solutions.
* Work on M&E projects valued between £1m and £15m.
Ideal Applicant
The ideal applicant will be an Electrical Engineer – Building Services with:
* Electrical Engineering degree or Building Services Engineering degree.
* Experience in a building services or construction environment.
* Open to working towards a degree if not yet completed.
* Understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, and AMTECH (Trimble).
* High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
* IT literacy.
