* As an ambassador for delivering patient-focused care, you will offer quality nursing that is tailored to each patient's needs.

* You will build long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to support treatment and recovery.

* You will maintain up-to-date knowledge and demonstrate this through clinical assessments and adherence to business policies and procedures.

* A full UK driving license is essential as regional travel will be required to visit patients at home.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

* Registered general nurse qualifications.

* Experience administering Cytotoxic drugs and cannulation.

* Skill and experience undertaking clinical assessments.
