Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our growing, market-leading food manufacturing client. Well established and performing well, they have created this new role of FP&A Manager to act as the commercial guardian of the business, driving strategic decision-making and shaping their future success.
You'll be the bridge between Finance and the wider business, working closely with directors and non-finance stakeholders and this will therefore suit candidates currently working in FP&A, Business Partnering and Commercial Finance positions.
Key Responsibilities

* Lead the annual budgeting process and develop multi-year strategic plans
\t
* Deliver accurate forecasting and performance analysis, highlighting variances and opportunities
\t
* Produce comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management
\t
* Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive commercial growth
\t
* Build and maintain financial models to support market expansion and capital investment decisions
\t
* Lead, coach and develop a team of 4
\t
* Act as the first point of contact for ERP and IT-related matters
Ideal candidate profile
\t
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
\t
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at board level
\t
* Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and team leadership
\t
* Ideally experience in food, FMCG and/or manufacturing environments
\t
* ERP systems knowledge (SAP Business One desirable)
\t
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
\t
* A proactive communicator with the ability to deliver change and build strong relationships
