SEMH Teaching Support Assistant
Location: Market Weighton
Pay: £14–£16 per hour

We are hiring on behalf of a Market Weighton SEMH school. You will assist teachers in delivering lessons while providing emotional and behavioural support to pupils with SEMH needs.
Responsibilities
1. Provide classroom and 1:1 support for SEMH pupils.
2. Implement behaviour management strategies.
3. Support learning interventions and activities.
4. Encourage pupil engagement and confidence.
5. Observe, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
