Roll out SOPs and embed operational standards to drive consistency across our portfolio of hotels. Mentor and develop teams, building confidence and capability. Support and manage employee relations cases and ensure fair, consistent outcomes. Share guest and hotel insights to influence improvements. Act as a visible role model, linking standards and KPIs to the guest experience. Drive efficiency, performance and commercial success. Monitor compliance and support audits. Step in wherever needed, including out-of-hours support. We think you'll thrive if you have: Proven hotel experience in a supervisory or management role within a branded hospitality environment. Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and influence without formal authority. Experience uplifting capability and performance in others through hands-on support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a link between hotel teams and the support centre. Strong understanding of guest service delivery and operational excellence frameworks. Organised, calm under pressure, and able to prioritise multiple demands effectively. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 4 nights per week) and work varied hours. Valid UK Driving Licence. Atlas Hotels are Disability Confident Committed.
