Randstad is seeking a Room Leader to join a nursery setting in Leeds. We're in search of a confident individual with a Level 3 qualification, eager to advance their career. Responsibilities:
9. Develop creative and age-appropriate activities to foster individual children's development
10. Conduct observations to track each child's progress
11. Assist with children's hygiene routines and meal times
12. Contribute to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment
13. Ensure the safeguarding of children and maintain accurate progression records
Requirements:
14. Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one through Randstad
15. Prior experience working with children aged 0-5 is essential
16. NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
17. Strong communication skills
18. Professional work ethic and demeanour
19. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team
20. Proficiency in the EYFS curriculum
21. Eligibility to work in the UK
Desired (but not essential):
22. Safeguarding, paediatric first aid, food hygiene, and health and safety training
