We are currently recruiting for our client as a preferred supplier, a regional law firm with offices across the South. This particular role is based in their Salisbury office (with parking). They are on the lookout for a talented Legal Secretary to become an integral part of our thriving and growing Agriculture & Rural Propertyteam. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of a busy, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. If you thrive under pressure and like a challenge, this role will keep you engaged and constantly learning.
Hours: Ideally 21 hours over 3 days but this is flexible depending on the candidate.
You'll work within a welcoming, professional team, delivering high-quality support and client service. Responsibilities: File management. Client care. Document preparation. Diary management. Client interaction. General administrative duties. About You: Previous experience in a similar Legal Secretarial role. Excellent communication skills. Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail. Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines. Pride in delivering quality work. Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills along with audio dictation experience.
